I don’t know who invented this recipe, but I learnt this recipe from my mom who used to make this for me.. 😀
If you have left over dosa batter and your folks are bored of eating dosa/idly, this is the right one for you.
Prep time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 5 mins
Brown/White bread – 3 slices
Dosa batter – 3 to 4 cups
Oil – 3 tsp
Take a plate or a wide bowl. Pour a ladle of dosa batter. Now take a slice of bread and coat it completely with dosa batter on both the sides.
Now carefully place it on a hot tawa and pour a tsp of oil and cook on both sides. You can add a little more oil if you need it more crisp.
Tadaa.. Done. 😊
Hot and tasty Bread Dosa is ready.. !!
Serve it with Tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice..
(I love it best with molaga podi.. 😜)
